Family Liaison and ELSA

Hello, my name is Mrs Hunt and I am the school’s Family Liaison Officer and ELSA.

I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and run therapeutic interventions for the children at the school. I am able to deliver ELSA, Talking Therapy, Trauma Support, Bereavement support, and Play Therapy.  .

I provide support to parents, children and families to help with any issues that you may have in relation to supporting your children, both at home and in school. I work to encourage parental involvement within school, signposting to agencies (where appropriate) and support children with their wellbeing in school.

Should you have a personal concern or school-related issue, then I am here to offer support. I also have access to a number of agencies who may be able to provide assistance to you and your family if needed.

I work impartially and confidentially in a non-judgemental manner, providing an understanding ‘listening ear’ if you ever need advice or support.

Life is not always straightforward!
